  • Since gift cards are digital and considered a service, returns are not applicable.

  2. Gift Card and Offers Usage

    • Gift cards and offers packages are valid only at Bamboo.

    • Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

    • Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced without proof of purchase.

  3. Validity & Expiry

    • Gift cards are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

    • Expired cards cannot be redeemed.

  4. Limitation of Liability
    We are not responsible for unauthorized use, loss, or theft of a gift card.

  5. Changes to Policy
    We reserve the right to update these terms and policies at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting to our website.

  6. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by the laws of Albania.
